FREE 'Know your Computer' Workshops for
the over 50's are sadly coming to an end!
The Workshops have been an outstanding success.
So much so, that not only has a 'desire to learn computer skills' been
identified within the 'over 50 age group' but the venture has also revealed
just how much of a demand there is within the community.
The final Workshops still remain popular at the Telecentre with
waiting lists still overflowing for each subject offered.
Once all the Workshops are completed The Telecentre
is hoping to arrange a series of ongoing computer afternoons where those
that wish to learn more can get together with others in a relaxed, friendly
and fun social/learning 'IT' environment.
